The Lance Ryan Eager Fund, a component of the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County, was established in 2016 to help individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders to get the treatment necessary to start them on their journey to recovery. It is named for Lance Eager, a Pasdena native who died of a drug overdose at the age of 20 in July of 2014.
On Saturday, March 26 from 7:00 p.m. to midnight, The Lance Ryan Eager Fund is partnering with Opportunity Ministries Inc. (501c) to hold a Bull and Shrimp Roast at the Orchard Beach Volunteer Fire Department Banquet Hall. Please contact Ann Youngblood for tickets or donations at 410-409-7390 or email email@example.com.
Bull and Shrimp Roast tickets are $45 a piece and include a menu of roast beef, ham, steamed shrimp, shrimp scampi, shrimp marinara and assorted desserts. Bring a toiletry item for a chance to win a prize.
The Fund is also accepting donations. Your business’ tax deductible sponsorship donation (product, service or monetary) will assist The Lance Ryan Eager Fund and Opportunity Ministries to continue to support the individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders.
Donation information is listed below. Call or email Ann Youngblood with any questions.
